Grand European Explorer is a European extravaganza offering the best of UK and Europe. It has 8 days in UK and 12 days in Europe. The tour is medium paced (days usually start at 9 am in the morning and ends by 8 pm). It involves stay in comfortable 4 star hotels (typically in the outskirts of cities). There are delicious Indian meals provided on tour and also a full time experienced tour manager (who speaks Hindi and English) accompanies the group to take care of their needs.

- Full Day Jungfraujoch from Zurich (For Groups) - Transfers Included- Rs 21000 per person
- Tipping is expected from anyone providing your service e.g. Coach Driver, Local Guides, etc. It is mandatory to tip a nominal amount of EUR 3 per person/per day. For the entire duration of this tour which is 18 Days, the total Tips amount is Euro 54 per person to be paid to the Tour Manager on Day 01 of the tour.
- Booking amount or initial deposit is minimum Rs. 1,00,000 per person if booking is done 45 days before travel.
- Post Booking within 1 week an additional deposit of Rs. 45,000 per person needs to be paid.
- For travel within 45 days of travel minimum deposit of Rs. 1,00,000 per person needs to be paid at time of booking.
- Full 100% balance payment is required to be done 21 days prior to travel.
- Full payment must be made in accordance with the policy stated above.
- In case of non-compliance thereto by the client, the company reserves a right to cancel the tour /booking of the client and forfeit the amount already deposited with the Company.
- In case of any visa rejection, the cancellation charges will be Rs. 50,000 plus the Visa Fees Paid.
- Passport should be valid for 6 months from the date of departure.
- The Tour can be cancelled 30 days before travel by paying 10% of the tour value as cancellation charges.
- Within 15 days - 30 days of travel the tour can be cancelled by paying 50% of the cancellation charge.
- Within 15 days the tour is completely non-refundable.
- International Check in time is 1500 hours / Check out time is 1100 hours, early check in and check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- For guaranteed check-in; charges equivalent to 1 night stay will be applicable.
- Tours will operate subject to all Government regulations
- It is suggested to carry one check in bag and one hand bag per person only, due to limited boot space in the coach
- In case of any increase in any taxes in Europe, there would be a change in price which will be justified
- No refunds for unutilized services.
- Minimum passengers required to operate the tour is 20. In case the group strength falls below 20, the group may be merged with a similar tour. However you will not miss any sightseeings as mentioned in the itinerary.
- On some occasions, you may have to join another group in case your group does not have adequate members.
- If certain sightseeing/excursions are closed, then alternate sight-seeing will be arranged.
- In case of inordinate delays and strict driving laws, packed dinner may be provided on that day.
- In case the passenger is joining directly, the arrival transfers have to be arranged by them or booked separately.
