• A person below 12 years of age on the entire tour will be considered a child.
• As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use rollaway beds and room size may be the same as the double room.
• International Check in time is 1500 hours / Check out time is 1100 hours, early check in and check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
• For guaranteed check-in; charges equivalent to 1 night stay will be applicable.
• Tours will operate subject to all Government regulations
• It is suggested to carry one check in bag and one hand bag per person only, due to limited boot space in the coach
• In case of any increase in any taxes in Europe, there would be a change in price which will be justified
• No refunds for unutilized services.
• If certain sightseeing/excursions are closed, then alternate sight-seeing will be arranged.
• We are intermediary who book and arrange all services for our client. The services are provided by the service providers such as hotels, airlines etc for which we do not have control on their quality and you are requested to speak to them directly for any service-related issues.
• In case of inordinate delays and strict driving laws, packed dinner may be provided on that day.
• In case the passenger is joining directly, the arrival transfers have to be arranged by them or booked separately.
• In case of Visa rejection, the below-mentioned cancellation policy shall apply. Issuing of Visa or Rejection is solely in hands of Visa Consulate. CRAFTED VACAYS is not liable for any rejections.
• Any kind of delays in flight such as fog or technical problem is not the responsibility of Crafted Vacays and any kind of hotel cancellations and no shows will be the responsibility of the client.
• Any disputes are subject to jurisdiction at the Delhi court of law.
• The inclusions mentioned in the itinerary are for reference purposes and all the inclusions to subject to your package type booked based on above pricing and acceptance.
• Any delay or cancellation of program due to weather or other reasons will not be eligible for any refund
• Crafted Vacays shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur during the tour, due to weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passenger
• The above tour cost is calculated as per the current taxes.
• Any kind of disputes or refunds will not be verbally accepted. We will require the invoice, slips and requisite document with details to be able to process any refunds.

• Booking amount or initial deposit is minimum Rs. 50,000 per person if booking is done 45 days before travel.
• Before 1st November 2024 an additional deposit of Rs. 45,000 per person needs to be paid to enable visa processing.
• For travel within 45 days of travel minimum deposit of Rs. 1,00,000 per person needs to be paid at time of booking.
• Full 100% balance payment is required to be done 21 days prior to travel.
• Full payment must be made in accordance with the policy stated above.
• In case of non-compliance thereto by the client, the company reserves a right to cancel the tour /booking of the client and forfeit the amount already deposited with the Company.

The following charges are to be applied at the time of cancellation of holiday

• In case of any visa rejection, the cancellation charges will be Rs. 25,000 per person plus any Visa Fees Paid .
• Passport should be valid for 6 months from the date of departure.
• The Tour can be cancelled 30 days before travel by paying 10% of the tour value as cancellation charges.
• Within 15 days - 30 days of travel the tour can be cancelled by paying 50% of the cancellation charge.
• Within 15 days the tour is completely non-refundable.
